Okay, you were supposed to see a loaded plate of maracoons and a full cup of hot chocolate (are you joking, kiddo?!) Faced with the most delicious macaroons known to man in a variety of delicious flavours, what would you do?

You'd so the same as me- cram your mouth, and then carefully dab up all the tell tale crumbs before taking the photo.

As for the hot-chocolate-thick-enough-to-stand-a-spoon-in...

Easy. I had to test it before I could recommend it to you.

If you're in Paris you must visit La Duree The tea shop.
The queue you see was out of a very big shop and stretched down the road all day as far as I could tell.

The gorgeous Parisienne in the red coat, who looks just like one of my heroines is the LFF's best friend and is called (for real) Virginie.
Parfait! As they say in La Belle France!

Look out for a small determined lawyer with a shock of jet black curls any time now...
