Christmas Stocking....

Yes, it's that time of year again, but if you're determined to put off thinking about it for at least a little while longer, here's my escape plan...
One large block of chocolate.
One mug of hot chocolate.
One Christmas Night.
Munch, sip, read, and dream a lot- what's stopping you?!

This anthology includes stories by two of my absolute favourite authors- Jane Porter and Michelle Reid.

My story is called The Sultan's Seduction and I wrote the first line:
'When you walk through those doors you leave your world behind and enter mine...' in the lobby at conference NYC while I was waiting to meet my editor.

Somewhat inconvenient when a whole story leaps into your head in the most unlikely circumstances but that's just how it happens sometimes!

Set in the exotic city of Istanbul in a fabulous palace owned by a man known as The Sultan, this is a sensual, brooding story, about a girl who charges off to 'rescue' her brother only to find that its she who needs rescuing from some pretty highly charged situations.

I adore my hero Kemal Volkan... he's so powerful and ruthless, and it was fun locating his Achilles heel, I can tell you!

Join me with a sip, chomp and dream... and try not to smear that chocolate all over the pages when you lose yourself for just a little while longer in One Christmas Night...
Love to all, and happy reading everyone!
Susan
PS Check back tomorrow for news of a book by one of my favourite authors...

I really enjoy reading your books. I like the dialogue between the characters, the settings, and the way the story line is developed.
