Now for something different.

I have a couple of my mother's fave vases on the window ledge in my bedroom. I have a blind that comes down behind them, and when the wind blew fiercely one night the blind knocked the vases over snapping the handle off one.
I was mortified, but quickly glued it on again. DH promised to switch the blind around 'when he had time', and bluntly, we forgot about it.

I thanked him this morning for turning the blind round so that it no longer comes close enough to the vases when I lift it, or when the wind blows to knock them over...
He hadn't touched it. Explain that, if you will!!
