Into the wild, wild weather..

Okay, my teeth aren't chattering and I am definitely not regretting our decision to buy this house.

Brave talk Susan!
But when the heating fails and the view from the kitchen window is a little... how shall we say? Desolate? Okay, yes, let's say that- it's a little harder to maintain a stiff upper lip. I maintained mine by dispensing tea from my flask and then discovering that I'd been so generous there was none left for me!

There's a heap of work to do when we finally move in but I'm used to clacking away on my pooter while the ceiling goes down- quite literally here at the cottage. Nothing phases me, ladies... well, if I run out of chocolate I get pretty excited- other than that, love keeps me warm!!

Love to all, and happy reading everyone!

Susan

You just need Cathy and Heathcliff running past to make you feel right at home.
