SOLD!
I can hardly believe my gorgeous country cottage has been sold. The good news is that the new owners are lovely people and they have a grandson old enough to enjoy 'fishing' in the stream without the water posing a danger to him.
I hope the wildlife will return so they can enjoy Mrs Duck's proud parade each spring and that the horrid Mr Mink takes a hike- preferably somewhere far, far away from here.
I shall miss it all dreadfully, but look forward to introducing you to my new house some time in May.

I, too, put confetti in the cards I send to family.
They are used to it by now but at first everyone was surprised when they opened the card and confetti fell out all over. That's a neat idea to have a special box for the confetti.
