Caught in the act!

OK, I agree... You would have to have the best eyesight in the world to spot what I'm up to! But believe me, it's on your behalf...
You can tell by my 'innocent' face that I've been 'caught in the act' and that I'm definitely up to no good!!
The one thing my family demand when we have a break is that I leave my laptop at home... (keep this to yourself, girls- but laptops are so small nowadays... they fit into the smallest spaces- however, even my teeniest tiniest laptop is hard to hide when I'm out in the open.)
So...
Yep, you've guessed it- that's a pencil and pad in my hand and I've been caught in the act of scribbling down a few notes for a new book when I'm supposed to be on holiday.
Well, I ask you, who wouldn't be inspired by such fabulous scenery?!
We may not get the weather here in the UK (for 'WEATHER', read sunshine), but we do get the rain! Oh, yes. And thank goodness for it, or our lush and very beautful Lake District National Park would not exist.
This particular lake, by the way, is called Lake Windermere.
Check in tomorrow for a view of the truly fabulous and historic Italian city of Siena. And I haven't forgotten our competition question to win a signed copy of my Romantic Times Reviewers' Choice nominated book, The Sheikh's Captive Bride, so don't miss out!!!
And thank you to everyone who has mailed to say my book, Virgin For Sale , first in the fab' Presents UnCut line is in store right now in the US and flying high!! I just love that book and hope you do too!
Look forward to being back with you tomorrow
Love and happy reading everyone!
Susan
