Don't say I didn't warn you...

We enjoyed ourselves so much that we're going to have a re-match at Jane's fabulous home on Sunday when we're sending the boys out for a walk while we girls have a cook-in (and a little drop of wine) in Jane's 'has to be seen to be believed' beyond fabulous kitchen (well, she is a professional cook).


And now on a far more sombre note.
We all complain about things from time to time, but my lovely Vera, without whom I couldn't write a word, came to me this week with some terrible news... her forty-year old son-in-law has died suddenly, leaving a beloved wife and three young children.
My heart goes out to them and tells me we must live each day to the full and never miss an opportunity to tell those we care about how much we love them.
