Congratulations...
To one of my favourite people, who has just had her 'young adult' book taken beneath the wing of the Trident Media group in the USA...
This is a very talented writer we're going to be hearing a lot more of, and as soon as I get the go ahead, I'll give you some more details. The book- as related to me over treacle tart and custard- sounds fantastic. The idea is original and zany, and will I know pull in loads of new fans to this fast-growing genre.
Off to replot my book to allow for the changes and developments consistent with a longer word count...
And for those of you who are in a position to gloat right now- I'm back in winter clothes with rain pouring down outside the window.
When the sun shines England is the most beautiful country in the world (nuff said!)
