When you find yourself scouring a catalogue for bedsocks, you know you're in trouble.
DH asking, 'Would you like a little hat to go with that, dear?' is another pointer that perhaps I ought to get out more.
OK, so Friday is not only the launch of the naughtiest Turk ever to hit the bookshops... Hail, Kemal Volkan- love ya, baby! But my birthday too, so don't forget to tuck a copy of 'One Chrismas Night' into your trolley when you hit the supermarket this week and sing, 'Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you, happy birthday dear Susan, happy birthday to yoooooooooo'
And then, when they lock you up in that nice padded cell, at least you'll have a good book to read...
